Once a batch is ready, we dispatch as swiftly as possible. We will not contact you to reconfirm or check details. Try as much as possible to avoid errors on your delivery address and contact phone number.

DELIVERY

We deliver to your doorstep. The delivery times are as stated below:

Lagos: 2-3 business days
Nationwide: 3-5 business days
International: 4-7 business days

Remote Area Delivery: within the country, you will be contacted by our customer care for extra shipping costs from DHL before delivery of your finished customised piece

International Delivery: pay for free shipping and contact our customer care with details about your order. We will notify you on international shipping costs handled by DHL. You will be directed on how to pay for your shipping for successful delivery

The above shipping times are estimated by our courier companies. Delays do happen due to unforeseen factors like weather hence Daveera cannot be held liable for any delay after dispatch. Daveera will try as much as possible to minimize this and make your shopping experience smooth

TRACK MY ORDER

Once orders are placed, you will be able to track your order with your order ID from the start of the production process up till final delivery. Once your order has been sent out for final delivery, you will be updated with your DHL tracking ID. You can use this ID to track your order via dhl website (for those who want to track the exact location of their finished products on transit) or by contacting our customer care to help track your order.
